Carolina did a great job and we had fun making tortillas and fresh cheese 🙂 I ended up staying for lunch and an impromptu cooking class experience as well. We made the most delicious bread and empanadas and have the recipe to make back home. This is truly a fantastic way to spend a few hours (or all day!).
